Return Policy

Return Policy

We want you to travel with confidence. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are available if your SIM, eSIM or Data Plan cannot be activated, coverage is unavailable, or a technical issue prevents use.

Refund requests must be submitted within 6 months of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note that all refunds are subject to a $3.50 administrative fee to cover processing costs.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The SIM, eSIM or Data Plan has already been activated and substantial data usage has occurred.
  • The eSIM QR code has been successfully scanned onto a device. (Once an eSIM is installed, it cannot be reissued or transferred to another device.)
  • The customer’s device is not eSIM-compatible or is locked to a carrier.
  • For physical SIM purchases: the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, resulting in non-delivery.
  • Refund requests made more than 6 months after the purchase date.
  • Dissatisfaction with performance limitations clearly outlined in the plan’s Fair Usage Policy (FUP) or other service conditions.
