Fair Usage Policy (FUP) for Unlimited Data Plans

Wraptel offers three types of Unlimited Data Plans, each operating at 5G/4G/LTE/3G speeds:

• Ultra: 3GB of high-speed data per day, then reduced speeds for the rest of the day.
• Premium: 2GB of high-speed data per day, then reduced speeds for the rest of the day.
• Standard: 1GB of high-speed data per day, then reduced speeds for the rest of the day.
• Basic: 500MB of high-speed data per day, then reduced speeds for the rest of the day.

Once the daily data limit is reached, speeds may be limited to 768 kbps (384 kbps up/down). High-speed data resumes at 12:01 am (GMT +8) the next day.

Activation and Usage:

• Activation starts when you insert the SIM or turn on the eSIM.
• For example, if you activate a 5-day Europe Unlimited Data package at 10am on October 1 (GMT +8), it will expire at 10am on October 6.

Fixed Data Plans

Fixed Data Plans provide high-speed data (5G/4G/LTE/3G) for the full purchased amount, with no FUP restrictions.

Activation and Expiry:

• Activation starts when you insert the SIM or turn on the eSIM.
• The plan expires either when the data is used or the number of purchased days ends.
• For example, if you purchase a 5GB, 30-day Europe plan and activate it at 10am on November 1 (GMT +8), it will expire at 10am on December 1, or earlier if the data is used.

Multiple Plans

Only one Data Package can be active on the SIM at a time. We recommend activating your SIM/eSIM upon arrival at your destination. No refunds for incorrect activation times.

Expiry Policy for International Data SIM/eSIM & Data Plans

• The SIM/eSIM expires after 1 year of inactivity.
• Each Data Plan purchase resets the SIM/eSIM expiry to 1 year.
• Data Plans expire 6 months after purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Plan activation can take up to 24 hours.

Non-Legitimate Use

Wraptel Data Plans are for personal and legitimate business use only. The following activities are not allowed:

• Telemarketing or call center operations
• Reselling data
• Using the package for income generation beyond personal business use
• Unusual data usage inconsistent with normal plan use

Wraptel reserves the right to terminate or suspend your plan if improper use is detected, with notice when possible.
